  In order to make the citizens know and master the auction skills, here we introduce some knowledge of real estate auction for the reference of the citizens.
 
1. Auction price:
  it is the first price quoted by the auctioneer. If someone answers but no one adds the price, the auctioneer doesn’t drop the hammer. This means the price of the auction goods doesn’t reach the upset price of the consignee and it cannot clinch a deal.
 
2. Upset price:
  it is the lowest price set by the consignee.
 
3. The range of adding price:
  it is the disciplinary increasing range of the price set by the auctioneer when presides an auction. Usually 20 to 50 yuan per square meters is added if calculated in square meters. If adding price according to the overall price, it is determined by the auctioneer in the locale according to the price of the auction goods.
 
4. The documents and certificates needed when registered for the auction:
  personal ID card (passport for foreigners); the copy of shop card for enterprises and non-enterprises (stamped), ID card of artificial person, proxy and ID card of the consignee, prescribe under special requirements.
 
5. Deliver under deposit:
  because of the particularity of the auction, the deposit must be paid before the auction in order to get the bidding right. Cash, check, bill of exchange and cashier’s check are all acceptable.
